Pricing

We check out daily price for you to make sure you can save the most when shopping with us. WizOffice strives to give our customers the most attractive offers in the market, so that you can feel at ease when placing your orders.

The prices quoted on the online catalog are for Internet orders. But for some items it may differ from those quoted through phone or fax. WizOffice reserves the right to restrict sales, as well as the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Also, WizOffice is not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors hereof

When yor are doing on-line shopping on our website, we retain records of your online transactions for auditing purposes. Our general policy is to retain the information for 24 months. We do not offer online facilities for you to delete corporate data held by us.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you find a product purchased from us to be faulty or defective, please refer to the following return guidelines:
- For computer hardware & machines please refer to the manufacturers warranty. These items should not be returned to WizOffice.
- Seasonal and promotional products cannot be returned.
- We will be happy to replace or refund the value of any other items proven to be faulty or defective.

Returns are only possible within 7 days of purchase date and must be prior to the items' expiry date. To perform a refund, please contact us at cust@iwizoffice.com or call 2111 1195.
Please ensure that any returned product is completed with all parts and accessories and in its original packaging. Please also include the original delivery note or invoice. Product must be in original condition. Any damages to items by abuses or alteration shall not be replaced.

All refunds on COD payments will be made by cheque. All refunds will be credited or mailed within 7 working days after our receipt of the returned goods.

Product warranty

For machines and hardware where manufacturers warranty applies and warranty validity is show on the warranty card.

Furniture policies

Furniture orders must be placed separately from office supplies orders, deliveries will also be made separately.

We only accept company cash cheque payment as C.O.D payment. Cash or post dated cheque will not be accepted.

Delivery for most items is within 21 working days. The estimated delivery date can be viewed on the 'submit order page' or within the 'recent orders' section online.

You will be required to sign and apply a company chop to the delivery note when you accept delivery.

Delivery & installation will be made from Monday to Fridays 9:00am to 6:00pm and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays (excluding Hong Kong public holidays) to tie in with general office hours.

Price are excluded upstairs charge (including whiteboard delivers). A delivery fee $500 per unit per floor shall be applied to the buildings with no lift service and the delivery fee will be charged when the delivery address is confirmed.

No cancellation can be accepted once the order has been confirmed. Otherwise the customer is required to pay 50% of the total order amount for the handling fee.

Outlying islands are not covered by this delivery service.

In the instance of products damaged upon delivery or with manufacturing defects, WizOffice must be informed by the next working day after receipt of the item. Exchange & replacement will take place on the following working day.

Return and Exchange Policy

WizOffice retains the right to product return or exchange.
